Indonesian handicraft products showcased in France

Tourism promotion at the Indonesian pavilion involved tour operators from France, such as Garuda Indonesia Holiday France, Spot My Dive, Mon Prochain Voyage, and Raja Ampat Dive Lodge/Grand Komodo, which sold tour packages to Indonesia during the exhibition, according to Antara on Saturday.

Information on tourist destinations in Indonesia was available to visitors through videos, brochures and flyers.

The exhibition was attended by 438 representatives of various tourist subsectors, including tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, villas, car rentals, historical tours, airlines and shipping.

Several countries, such as Canada, Vietnam, India, Iran, Tanzania, and the Dominican Republic, as well as players of the French tourist industry also attended the exhibition. Based on data, the exhibition was attended by 38,924 visitors.

During the event, a presentation on Indonesian tourist destinations was also organized.

In addition, Indonesian students showcased the peacock dance from West Java and traditional Indonesian songs.

A general knowledge quiz on Indonesia was organized. Visitors answering the questions were handed out Indonesian handicrafts, such as masks, scarves and batik.

The Indonesian Embassy also conducted Indonesian community development activities at during the event.

The Indonesian ambassador to France also held a meeting with the Indonesian community in Rennes on Feb. 17.

On the occasion, the ambassador highlighted government programs that aimed to improve people's welfare.

    Produk Kerajinan Indonesia Dipamerkan Di Prancis

    Kerajinan tangan yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan besar dan kecil (Small and Medium Enterprises atau SMEs) tampil di Salon International du Tourisme di Rennes, Perancis pada tanggal 16-18 Februari.

    Promosi pariwisata di Paviliun Indonesia melibatkan tur operator dari Perancis, seperti Garuda Indonesia, Holiday France, Spot My Dive, Mon Prochain Voyage, dan Raja Ampat Dive Lodge / Grand Komodo yang menjual paket wisata ke Indonesia selama pameran, menurut Antara pada hari Sabtu.

    Informasi mengenai tujuan wisata di Indonesia tersedia untuk pengunjung melalui video, brosur dan selebaran.

    Pameran ini didatangi oleh 438 perwakilan dari berbagai perwakilan industry kreatif, termasuk operator tur, agen pariwisata, hotel, villa, rental mobil, wisata sejarah, maskapai penerbangan dan pelayaran.

    Beberapa Negara, seperti Kanada, Vietnam, India, Iran Tanzania, dan Republik Dominika, bahkan perwakilan dari industry pariwisata Perancis juga datang menghadiri pameran. Berdasarkan data, pameran ini dihadiri oleh 38,924 pengunjung.

    Kuis pengetahuan umum seputar Indonesia juga dilangsungkan. Pengunjung yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan tersebut dihadiahi kerajianan tangan dari Indonesia, seperti topeng, selendang dan batik.

    Kedutaan Besar Indonesia dan Perancis juga mengadakan pertemuan dengan komunitas Indonesia di Rennes pada tanggal 17 Februari.

    Pada kesempatan itu, Duta besar menyoroti program pemerintahan yang berujuan untuk menginkatkan kesejahteran rakyat.

    Duta Besar juga mendesak siswa Indonesia untuk memiliki visi dan misi yang jelas tentang pendidikan mereka. (asw)
